Shipping Charges

Once your delivery address for an order is entered, you will be offer several shipping alternatives depending on your location, the carrier and the speed with which you need your delivery. Along with the other options there will be an Ibis Art Special guaranteed rate of $7.95 for a single clock which can be used on orders where UPS Ground or USPS Priority mail exceed this rate.

Sales Tax

(applicable in New Mexico only)

Sales tax is added only to orders from New Mexico. The current sales tax rate for New Mexico orders is 6.75%.

Gift Wrapping

Gift shipping, wrapping and personalized greeting cards are available on our order form. Your personal message can be entered in the shipping address area of the ordering process. Below is a sample of our gift wrapping. There is a $3.00 charge for a personalized card and gift wrapping.

Return Policy

All Ibis Art Wall Clocks are 100% guaranteed for quality workmanship and parts. We hand make each clock to order and each clock is tested at check points throughout the construction process to insure the highest quality product is shipped to you.

However, should a defective clock be received we offer a 100% refund including payment of your return shipping to us. Full refunds or free repair including your shipping costs are offered on defective clocks.

All other regular returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee and do not include shipping. Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of your delivery date and must be authorized. Please contact us to obtain an MRA. All returns must have an Ibis Art authorized MRA# on the shipping box. Shipments without this number will be returned to sender. Since we handmake our clocks to order we can not offer refunds on wholesale orders.

PLEASE NOTE: The return policy for some of our specials vary. You can review these policies on both the group catalog page and the individual pages where items are orders. These clocks are custom made clocks which can not be returned except for problems with the time-keeping mechanism or shipping damage.
